One system.
Every app built halal, by design.
Deen System is a growing family of apps and websites — each one measured against Islamic principles before it ever ships. No riba-based shortcuts, no haram content, no exploitative design. Just tools that genuinely serve people and the planet they live on.
Currently in development · first apps launching in stages
Every product passes the same test.
Before anything is built, we ask four questions: does it avoid harm, does it deal fairly, does it actually make life better, and does it respect the earth we're borrowing. If an idea can't answer yes to all four, it doesn't become a Deen System app.
Halal by design
No interest-based finance, no haram content, no dark patterns built to exploit attention. Principles are checked before a line of code is written, not patched in afterward.
Built for real benefit
Every app has to solve a genuine problem — a habit to break, a decision to make, a connection worth having. Engagement is a side effect of usefulness, never the goal itself.
Humanity-first
Your data isn't the product. We design for privacy by default and build features people actually need — shaped by real feedback from real people, because serving humanity matters more than growth metrics.
Earth as a trust
The Qur'an calls us stewards of the earth, not its owners. We build lightweight, efficient products, avoid unnecessary waste in how we design and host them, and treat environmental harm as a real cost — not something to look past for growth.
Four apps. One halal foundation.
Each product stands on its own, but they're built on the same underlying system — shared principles, shared design language, and eventually, a shared account across the whole family.
No Haram
Digital WellbeingA digital detox and content-filter app that blocks haram material across your devices, tracks screen time with intention, and helps you rebuild calmer, more mindful habits online.
Nifty Halal
Legal & Financial Awareness · App & WebA legal-awareness guide for the financial world — plain-language coverage of halal shares, halal asset screening, and how to spot scams and fraud, so you can grow your wealth without compromising your deen or your safety.
Halal Life
Daily GuidancePrayer-time-aware reminders and Quran & Sunnah-rooted guidance for everyday decisions — a daily companion for living with more intention and less guesswork.
Deen Connect (working name)
Career & Community · App & WebA values-led professional network — more useful than a résumé feed. Find mentors, hire with values in mind, and grow a career without compromising your principles.
Vet. Build. Launch. Repeat.
Every app under the Deen System name goes through the same three-stage process before it reaches you.
Vet against principle
Every idea is measured against clear halal standards — no riba, no haram content, no exploitative design — before any design work starts.
Build with real care
The same rigor as any modern product: thoughtful design, real usability testing, and privacy by default, not as an afterthought.
Launch, listen, improve
Each app ships in stages, grows from community feedback, and connects into the same Deen System foundation over time.
Get notified as each app launches.
No spam, no newsletter fluff — just a short note when No Haram, Nifty Halal, Halal Life, or Deen Connect are ready to try, plus the occasional call for early feedback.
Terms & privacy, kept plain.
Our terms and privacy commitments, written the way we'd want them written for us — alongside the halal principles of amanah (trust) and adl (fairness) that shape everything else on this site.
Terms of ServiceLast updated September 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By visiting deensystem.com or using any Deen System app — No Haram, Nifty Halal, Halal Life, Deen Connect, or any future product we launch under the Deen System name — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our products.
2. Who we are
Deen System is a platform building a family of apps and websites designed around Islamic ethical principles, for anyone who wants technology that avoids harm and deals fairly — regardless of faith background. As of this update, our apps are still in development; this website exists to share our progress and collect early interest.
3. Our halal commitment isn't a religious ruling
We design every Deen System product to avoid interest-based (riba) financial structures, haram content, and manipulative "dark pattern" design. This is a product design commitment we hold ourselves to — it is not a fatwa or formal Islamic legal ruling, and it doesn't replace independent religious guidance. If you need an authoritative ruling on whether a specific feature is appropriate for your own practice, please consult a qualified Islamic scholar.
4. Our environmental commitment
We treat the earth as an amanah — a trust, not a resource to use up. We aim to build lightweight, efficient products, avoid unnecessary waste in how we design and host our services, and choose vendors and infrastructure with a lower environmental footprint where it's practical to do so. This is a standing commitment we hold ourselves to; it does not create a guarantee about the environmental impact of any specific feature, and we'll be upfront when a trade-off is genuinely difficult.
5. Who can use our products
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Deen System products, and you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age where you live, if higher). If a specific app is intended for a different minimum age, that app's own terms will say so.
6. Acceptable use
When using Deen System products, you agree not to:
- Break the law, or use our products for anything illegal.
- Harm, harass, or exploit other users.
- Upload or share haram, illegal, or harmful content.
- Attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt our systems.
- Misrepresent your identity.
- Copy our products to build a competing service without permission.
7. Nifty Halal and other financial or legal-awareness content — not advice
Nifty Halal, and any financial or legal-awareness content across Deen System products, is provided for general education only. It is not personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, or Shariah-compliance advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed financial advisor, a qualified lawyer, or a qualified Islamic finance scholar. Halal-share and halal-asset screens, and our scam and fraud awareness content, are decision-support and educational tools, not guarantees — always verify significant financial or legal decisions independently, and report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities in your jurisdiction.
8. Accounts (future)
Once our apps launch, some may require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.
9. Intellectual property
The Deen System name, logo, app names, and the content on this website belong to Deen System (or its licensors). You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission. Anything you create or upload using our products remains yours — we don't claim ownership of your content.
10. Products in development, provided "as is"
Deen System apps are actively in development. Features, pricing, names, and availability described on this site may change before launch. This website and our products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deen System is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
12. Termination
We may suspend or end access to our products for anyone who violates these terms or misuses the platform. You may stop using our products at any time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your country / state — to confirm], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Deen System grows. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and for significant changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know before they take effect.

Privacy PolicyLast updated September 2026
1. Our approach to your data — amanah
We treat your data as an amanah — a trust — not a product to sell. That's true today, while this is a simple pre-launch website, and it will stay true once our apps are live. We hold the same trust toward the earth: we only keep the data we actually need, which keeps what we run leaner and lighter on the infrastructure behind it too.
2. What this website collects today
This website does not run its own server or database. The only data-related feature is the "Notify me" form, which opens your own email app with a pre-filled message to meet@deensystem.com — your email address is sent from your device to ours the same way any email is, and is not stored, tracked, or processed by any script on this page. We don't use cookies or analytics trackers on this site as of this update.
3. If that changes
If we ever add analytics, cookies, or account features to this website or our apps, we'll update this policy first and describe clearly what's collected, why, and how you can opt out.
4. What our apps will collect, once launched
Each Deen System app will publish its own, more specific privacy details when it launches, covering things like account information, usage data needed to run the app, and — where relevant, like Nifty Halal — financial information you choose to enter. We'll only collect what a feature actually needs to work.
5. What we will never do
- Sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
- Use your data to serve interest-based (riba) financial products.
- Build engagement-maximizing profiles designed to exploit your attention.
If a future partner or integration would ever require an exception, we'll ask for your clear, opt-in consent first — never a buried default.
6. Children's privacy
Our website and current pre-launch content are not directed at children under 13. If a future Deen System app is designed for a younger audience, that app's own privacy policy will explain the extra protections in place.
7. Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing meet@deensystem.com. Once our apps launch, in-app settings will offer the same controls directly.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will disclose any significant data incident that affects you.
9. Changes to this policy
We'll update the date above whenever this policy changes, and for meaningful changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know.

This is a starting template, not legal advice — Claude isn't a lawyer. Please have a qualified lawyer review it for your jurisdiction before you rely on it, and for anything Shariah-related — especially Nifty Halal's financial guidance — have it reviewed by a qualified Islamic finance scholar too, since halal-compliance claims for financial products often need formal certification.
